My primary coverage area is Okaloosa County, Florida. Inside Crestview- no charge
Mileage outside of Crestview will be billed one way, one time, at $2/mi. 
Areas outside of Okaloosa County will require sufficient dialogue to determine economic reparability before the trip is planned. Mileage is good for 2 trips.

CANCELED APPOINTMENTS are no charge up 9:30am the day of the appointment. Cancellations on arrival and No-Shows will have $20 (plus mileage if applicable) added to the next visit.

EVALUATION ‘Diagnostic’ ** paid at time of service, applied toward labor, and not refundable.

$40 for standard picture tubes

$50 for HD Tube and LCD's < 27"

$60 for Combination (includes VCR or DVD unit), and LCD's 27" to 36"

$70 for STANDARD DEF Projection TVs (older big screens) 

$80 for HDTV, LCD/DLP Projections and LCD > 36"

$100 for Plasma televisions.  These have limited consideration for repair, size, weight, and cost of parts are primary issues.

LABOR**

Visit for consultation or menu setup $20

Minor cable/power hookup (DVD) $30, multiple systems $40

Simple repairs requiring no solder, 1 visit = Eval. rate

Board/module replacement, no solder, 2 visits = Eval. rate + $20. 
If needed, additional $20/visit. 

Routine repairs requiring solder, 1 visit = Eval. rate X 1.5   

Repairing multiple fails, and or 2 visits = Eval. rate X 2      
If needed, additional $20/visit

Replacing parts diagnosed and purchased by the customer will use the above rates + 50%, without warranty on the parts or labor.

DLP/LCD Lamp Labor -- Bulb only $70 -- Whole Lamp $50

PARTS **

Parts over $50 will require a 40% prepayment  prior to placing the order and is Not refundable.

This prepayment is necessary for restocking fees and shipping if there is no repair. 

If this part does not effect the repair, the part will be returned to the distributor and a 20% prepayment will be required for the next part.

If the part cost is not known, the technician will estimate the cost and adjustments will be made at the next visit. 

Parts over $600 must be purchased by the owner with information I provide.  If you choose a distributor I don't trust, I can't warranty the repair.

Parts and Labor of this repair are warranted for 30 days, some major parts may have a longer warranty, depending on the distributor.

I don't collect from insurance companies or warrantee contractors, you are my customer.
